Where are SB Metal display racks manufactured?
All our racks are manufactured in Canada, at our own factory in Boucherville, on Montreal's South Shore. We run at scale and export across Canada, the United States and worldwide.
What materials do you build with?
We build primarily steel racks for their durability over time. A steel rack is a capital asset that can serve for years, and you can update it down the road with new graphics or add-ons instead of replacing it. We also build hybrid racks that combine steel, wood and plastic when a project calls for it. Some of the racks we built 20 years ago are still in service in stores today.
Can you handle the graphics and visuals on the display?
Yes. We can manage the printing and installation of your visuals in-house from start to finish, or you can supply and manage your own graphics to reduce cost. Either approach works with our production process.
How are the racks packaged for shipping?
Every rack is boxed individually in export-ready packaging, built to travel safely anywhere in the world.
What's your production capacity?
We produce in-house at our Boucherville factory, from a single flagship rack to a full multi-store rollout of 50 to 1,000+ units, and we export at that scale worldwide.
How long does a custom rack take, from idea to delivery?
Design and prototyping take about 2 to 3 weeks, and manufacturing takes another 5 to 6 weeks once the prototype is approved.
